Upon arriving, we were directed to park in a nearby lot that felt inconvenient considering we had all our belongings in the vehicle.

Breakfast had hot options and the area was well laid out with ample seating. The newly renovated room was comfortable and clean. Security was excellent and the staff were accommodating. A decent stay with some nice upgrades to the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with remnants from previous guests found under the bed and in the bathroom. Additionally, the front desk staff were unhelpful when we raised our concerns.

We really enjoyed exploring the beautiful area around Kenora. The room was clean and comfortable, making it easy for our family, especially with two small kids in tow. The breakfast options were decent and kept everyone fueled for our adventures.

I appreciated the hot options but found the second day's service to be much better, with the staff ensuring everyone was served properly until the end. On the downside, checking in was a hassle due to a frustrating encounter with a front desk staff member who was inflexible about early check-in, despite having called ahead to confirm it would be possible. That delay caused unnecessary stress after a long drive. Also, the carpets in the room felt sticky underfoot and could use a good deep clean.

Comfort Inn offered a relaxing stay with welcoming staff and updated rooms. Great for family vacations and pets allowed. The parking convenience was much appreciated.
